How often do you release new items?

We operate on a “Drop” schedule to keep our inventory fresh and exclusive. New collections are curated and added to the ModaRack every Monday. Because we prioritize off-price value for premium pieces, our stock is limited; once a specific item or size sells out, it is rarely restocked.

Why does my order have a 3-day processing time?

At ModaRack, we aren’t just a warehouse; we are a curated boutique. Every order undergoes a 3-business-day curation period where we coordinate with our designer partners and fulfillment centers to ensure your items are verified and ready for transit. This ensures the quality you expect from the “Moda” name.

My items arrived in separate packages. Is this normal?

Yes, it is. To get your finds to you as quickly as possible, we often ship items directly from our different specialized fulfillment centers. For example, a piece from our Moda Originals line may ship separately from a contemporary blazer. You will receive unique tracking numbers for every package in your order.

How do I know what size to order?

Because we curate pieces from various premium labels, sizing can vary slightly between designers. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more tailored, high-end fit, or reaching out to our concierge for advice.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

To maintain our fast shipping standards, our system begins the fulfillment process almost immediately. While we have a 3-day processing window, we can usually only accommodate changes or cancellations within the first 12 hours of order placement. After that, the “Treasure Hunt” is in motion!
